My experience of visualization in recovery features in Dr David Hamilton's new book. I was honored he included my story of how visualization has helped me emotionally & physically, particularly Guided Imagery & Music Therapy which been very powerful.

Sherman Cymru: Community Engagement
Thursday 20 November 8pm

Sherman Cymru continues its work with asylum seekers, refugees and receiving communities, creating new work for the stage this season with a unique new writing project, New Arrivals.

Seven new writers have worked with Sherman Cymru's Literary team to develop a piece which will be performed at a script-in-hand performance on 20 November.

Co-Director of Community Engagement at Sherman, Bridget Keehan, comments:

"What's so exciting about this work is where it takes us. In one script we are queuing for milk in Tehran, in another we find the main character traipsing the streets of Swansea trying to find a home for his only possession, a refrigerator. This is new work that spans the world yet confronts dilemmas right on our own doorsteps."
Tickets: £3 Free to asylum seekers
For Sadbh, Liz, Romeo, Roy, Ntombe, Kebba, Adel, Sian, Mitra, Llinos, Aime, Branwen, Bridget, Sylvie, Amy, the actors & tech staff from Juliette http://www.shermancymru.co.uk/homepage/

UNTITLED

All I need to know is here
The way trees flow
Through breeze
As candle flickers
How my heart
Loves you
Effortlessly
